Takes time but does work
I’m updating this review to 5 stars. Initially I wasn’t completely impressed with them. It wasn’t until week three when I noticed any change. I just purchased my second bottle they are working very well for my symptoms.

I’ve been taking this type of probiotic, various brands, for about two years. All have had some benefits. I do like this one the best and will continue to buy.
